I monitored nitrates and phosphates with laboratory precision. My fish thrived in engineered purity. One evening, I tasted the faint chlorine in my tap water and glanced at the glowing aquarium nearby. The irony struck me: my fish drank purer water than my family. That moment sparked OQUO. I built the filter I needed—applying the aquarist’s uncompromising standard to the home.
