1. Shipping Areas & Delivery Times

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands).

Service Delivery Time Notes
Standard Shipping 2–5 working days Free for orders over £50
Express Shipping 1–2 working days £8.99 fee (order by 12pm)
Local Chorley Delivery 1–2 working days Free for orders over £30

Working days exclude weekends/bank holidays. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday).


2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day.
  • Installation purchases: We’ll contact you within 24 hours to schedule your appointment.
  • Out-of-stock items: You’ll be notified via email with updated timelines.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard UK Shipping: Orders over £50.
  • Local Chorley Discount: Free delivery for orders over £30 (postcodes PR6/PR7).
  • Heavy Items (e.g., full systems): May incur additional fees (calculated at checkout).

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
  • Failed deliveries: Couriers will leave a card with redelivery instructions.
  • Missing parcels? Contact us at store@oquofilters.co.uk within 14 days.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (see Refund Policy).
  • Damaged in transit? Email photos to us within 48 hours for a replacement.
