1. Shipping Areas & Delivery Times
We currently ship to mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands).

Working days exclude weekends/bank holidays. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday).
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day.
- Installation purchases: We’ll contact you within 24 hours to schedule your appointment.
- Out-of-stock items: You’ll be notified via email with updated timelines.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard UK Shipping: Orders over £50.
- Local Chorley Discount: Free delivery for orders over £30 (postcodes PR6/PR7).
- Heavy Items (e.g., full systems): May incur additional fees (calculated at checkout).
4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
- Failed deliveries: Couriers will leave a card with redelivery instructions.
- Missing parcels? Contact us at store@oquofilters.co.uk within 14 days.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (see Refund Policy).
- Damaged in transit? Email photos to us within 48 hours for a replacement.
