1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email store@oquofilters.co.uk with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)
  1. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

2. Return Shipping & Exceptions

  • Customer Pays Return Shipping: We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale/discounted items
    • Used or damaged products (not as received)
    • Gift cards

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Funds will appear in your account within 3–10 additional days (varies by bank).
  • Late refunds? Email us after 15 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • Return the original item first, then place a new order.

6. EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If shipping to the EU, you may cancel orders within 14 days of receipt (unused, in original packaging). Return shipping costs apply.
