- Instructions

๐งฐ STEP 1: PREP & PLAN
1. Turn off the cold water supply under
the sink.
2. Clear space under the sink and check you have at least:
- 45cm width x 35cm height for RO unit
- Room for tank
3. Identify:
- Cold water feed pipe
- Drain pipe for wastewater connection
- Countertop/sink area for RO faucet
3. Space-Saving Installation Options
We understand that under-sink space can be limited in some homes. If your
kitchen cabinet is too small, our technicians can often install the main filtration unit in alternative locations such as:
- Adjacent floor-level cabinets
- Basement or utility rooms (with proper piping)
- Other nearby storage spaces

๐งฐ STEP 2: INSTALL FEED WATER VALVE
1. Shut off cold water supply valve.
2. Disconnect the cold water pipe from the tap connector.
3. Install the feed water adapter valve between the pipe and the tap connector.
4. Apply Teflon tape to the threaded ends to prevent leaks.
5. Attach the red tubing to the feed water valve (inlet to the RO system).
6. Leave the valve in the closed position for now.

๐งฐ STEP 3: INSTALL DRAIN CLAMP
1. Choose a spot on the vertical part of your drainpipe (usually the sink's waste pipe).
2. Drill a 6mm hole into the drainpipe.
3. Align the hole with the drain saddle clamp and attach securely with screws.
4. Connect black tubing to the clamp โ this is the RO wastewater outlet.
5. Do not over-tighten โ plastic pipes can crack.

๐งฐ STEP 4: INSTALL RO FAUCET
1. Choose a spot on your sink or worktop near the main tap.
2. Drill a 12mm hole or in current case, I used existing tap conversion.
3. Mount the faucet:
- Slide in the base plate, rubber washer, then the faucet stem.
- Underneath, secure with washer and nut.
- Tighten the faucet using a wrench or pliers carefully.
4. Connect the blue tubing to the bottom of the faucet
(filtered water outlet).

๐งฐ STEP 5: MOUNT THE RO UNIT
1. Place or mount the RO unit in the cabinet.
2. Ensure the system is easily accessible for filter replacement.
3. Check that tubing ports are facing outward for easy access.

๐งฐ STEP 6:
CONNECT TUBING TO RO UNIT
1. From Feed Tap water valve to Inlet 1
2. From Drain clamp to Drain outlet on RO membrane 2
3. From RO faucet to Outlet of post-carbon filter 4
4. From RO membrane housing to Storage tank 3
- Cut tubing lengths as needed with a clean, square cut.
- Push tubing firmly into quick-connect fittings until it clicks.
- Tug gently to confirm secure fit.

๐งฐ STEP 7: CONNECT STORAGE TANK
1. Apply Teflon tape on the tank valve thread.
2. Screw on the tank ball valve.
3. Connect white tubing from RO unit to the tank.
4. Place the tank upright under the sink.

๐งช STEP 8: FLUSHING & TESTING
1. Open the feed water valve slowly.
2. Open the RO faucet and allow the system to fill and flush for:
- 1st flush: let water run for 15โ20 minutes (flushes carbon dust & preservatives).
- If using a tank: allow the tank to fill, then drain completely.
3. Check for any leaks around fittings and tubing.
4. Close faucet, wait 2 hours, and then test again for leaks.
Water test after installation without Alkaline cartridge:
Tap water TDS - 160
Filtered water TDS - 0.08
Great filter - Great result!

๐ง MAINTENANCE TIPS
- Sediment / Carbon cartridges โ Replace every 6 months (shown in the picture)
- RO Membrane โ Replace every 18โ24 months
- Post Carbon / alkaline cartridges โ Replace every 12 months
